So we're driving home from the library today and Lucia asks me, "What does brand new mean?" I said it's something very new. She said "My friend lives in a brand new house." I told her that was different because it's new to them, but the house isn't brand new because it's been there a long time and other people lived there before. Lucia then says, "Oh, so it's an older house-was it on the market a long time before Madelyn's family moved in it?"
That just tells you she's listened to our house hunting conversations for the past six months!
Yes we are still waiting to hear on a house we put a bid on. We really like it and really want it-so please pray that we get it!!! We need space!!

Hey! Some of us live in a new, new house! Well, not so new anymore. Another couple of months and we will have lived here for five years. Time flies.
It always suprises me how much kids listen to and then repeat. Good luck with the house.
