Well, over all it's been a very uneventful week. I have less and less energy with the heat and my bulging tummy.
Lucia has been taking ballet lessons. The dilemma is, when it's time to get ready to go, she doesn't want to. Once she gets there, she has fun. So, do I sign her up again or not? The hassle of getting her there and then having to chase Marco around while she does her class is really hard for me. So, I don't know. Any advice?
Other than that, I had a Primary dinner (yummy) on Tuesday and Book Club last night.I stayed way too late and I'm paying for it today. I'm tired! We don't venture out much during the day because it is too hot and I don't want to waste gas! The furthest we go is to the park for playgroup and to the library for storytime. What a boring summer this is turning out to be...I doubt my kids will remember it?

Happy 4th Birthday Lucia!
Well, today is Lucia's actual birthday, even though we celebrated it on Saturday. Her party turned out very well, despite having changed the date and having to plan it in two days. She told me exactly what she wanted. We had 7 little girlfriends at the park. We had fruit salad and snacks. Then we did the pinata-this thing was huge! It was a big star with streamers coming out of it and the Disney Princesses on the front. She loved it. Too bad we had to break it! Then we did presents and served the pink cupcakes with pink sprinkles. Then the girls played for a bit with their Barbie Princess party bags. Lucia had a lot of fun. It was just a little bit windy.
I was just thinking back to the day she was born and how excited and anxious we were. We wondered what she would look like and what her personality would be. She was a beautiful baby (but very collicky). She's grown into such a sweet and helpful little girl. She is a bit shy with people she doesn't know, but can be quite a ham around people she's comfortable with. (hmmm, who does that sound like?) She's very dramatic and imaginative. She's always making up stories and plays to do with Marco and Noelle. She can be a bit bossy (yes, she's a lot like mom) but very obedient too. She is very tolerant and patient with Marco. She is very attentive in Primary and knows the songs and sings loudly. She has to wear a dress or skirt everyday-no pants ever! She loves princess stuff and the color pink. She loves to read and watch movies. Her favorite things to eat are cookies and drink "milk with seeds" (chocolate milk).
We love her so much and are very grateful she is a part of our family. She's a great big sister to Marco and she's very excited for her baby sister to come. Happy Birthday Choochie Girl!
Note: We have yet to download her birthday party pictures-have to free up space first.

This week...
Kids build forts in the backyard, we vegg on the couch...
Marco has retaliated against his crib tent and is taking off his diaper in bed and wetting. He even took off a poopy diaper and smeered it around his bed...yuck!
Started out really slow, but now planning a last minute birthday party for Lucia...(Barbie Princess theme-no boys allowed including daddy, brother, uncles, grandpa or cousin) She actually planned it. She wants a pinata, pink cupcakes, and a fruit salad at the park. Easy enough for me! (Pictures to come)
Julio has a Bar Review in San Francisco on Sunday....UGH!
The temperatures are rising! I fear our nice days are ending...
I'm 26 weeks pregnant...can't sleep. I've got a sore throat...
